Therapy is a safe place to just be yourself, exactly as you are today. No need to act like you feel better than you do or sweep difficult emotions under the rug.
My role is to be with you– to keep you company – in the midst of talking through these painful experiences. Together we can look at the beliefs that have led you to where you are today. Through our sessions, we can practice setting healthy boundaries to help you create the life you want.
